Back extensions

Pop over to my instagram account (DAVIDBALLPT) to see a video of me performing back extensions to work my hamstrings and glutes using the resistance band to make it a little more challenging.

The key with these is squeeze the glutes right from the bottom of the movement and be careful to not overextend the lower back, you’ll put a lot of pressure on it that way and feel it in the wrong way. Really firing the fast twitch fibres on this one. #explosive 😉
