12 weeks of reverse dieting from monday this week, aiming for muscle growth after 6 weeks of dieting. I’m currently a reasonably lean 82kg and would love to get back over 85kg while staying relatively lean.
Going to try a slightly different approach to my last reverse diet, more calories coming from fat sources, less from carbs and eating slightly less protein, but a similar amount of calories overall .
So back to eating a higher calorie diet for the next few weeks, I reckon the carbs from this should help me a little.
