November is going to be 4 weeks of fat loss, so alongside eating a lower calorie diet I’m going to start doing some cardio work based on some of the recommendations from Charles Poliquin.
So on Monday evening I jumped on the rowing machine and started some intervals. 50secs of all out work followed by 2:30 rest for 8 sets. Sounds like a lot of rest, it’s not enough trust me.
