Body Image

Noticed the front cover of this magazine the other day and it really got me thinking about body image and motivation for those who see/read it.

Does this kind of message really inspire woman to want to train? Too “look” like her?

This is a genuine question for any ladies who may read my blog, I just see someone who is in a far more privileged position than the average lady to achieve this look. I’m not doubting the hard work and sacrifices that she will have made to get to this point, but there’s no denying she is in a more advantageous position to most.

What do you think? Is this motivating or demoralising? What kind of images would most motivate you?
