So much information.


Social media, internet searches, tv documentaries, that girl at work who is always trying the latest diet. Information about exercise and diets is everywhere and is often confusing.


So here are the simplest pieces of advice I can offer to keep you fit and well.

Lift weight 2-3 times per week.

Some “intensive” cardio 1-2 per week.

Move generally everyday, in other words go for a short walk.

Eat a sensible amount of calories for YOU.

Lots of veggies.

Lots of Protein.

Get over 7hrs sleep per night.

Stretch regularly

Relax, in the way that feels best for you.
